Programs & Offerings

It's very important to know if your area of academic interest is offered at South Puget Sound Community College. There may also be some special considerations for specific programs.

Transfer Degrees
Transfer students, by earning an Associate of Arts degree, can satisfy general university requirements normally taken during the freshman and sophomore years. Earning an Associate of Arts degree will guarantee transfer students junior standing at all public and most private baccalaureate institutions in Washington state. It does not, however, guarantee admission, so transfer students are strongly encouraged to contact their four-year school for specified admission requirements. The Associate of Science Degree will serve those students intending to complete the required course work for preprofessional programs at selected baccalaureate institutions.
